Kit for localizing microgranular products / seeding

Thanks to its front hopper, MIKRO ALFA is the kit that can be easily fixed and interchanged among different kinds of operating machines.

HYDRAULIC FAN
Hydraulically driven 30 l/min fan with 100 bar pressure for transporting microgranular fertiliser to the divider or cyclones installed at the rear of the seed drill.
Font lights
Optional headlight kit that can be installed on the front tanks to increase visibility in low light conditions and necessary for safety during road transfers.
Gearmotors
Gearmotor driving the solid fertiliser or seed metering system including encoder (proportional adjustment). Available in different rotation ranges to suit fertiliser dosages.

Frame with provision for three-point hitch for front linkage. Including accommodation for hydraulic transport fan.
Control unit
Electronic system that regulates the dosage to be distributed manually or in proportion to the feed rate. Either with standard or more advanced ISOBUS systems.

PNEUMATIC TRANSPORT SYSTEM
PVC plastic piping for transporting fertiliser from the front tank to the rear of the machine.
CYCLONES
Element to disperse excess air and allow the microgranular product to drop by gravity into the seed drill metering unit or into the soil.
PIPES AND INLET PARTS MACHINE PARTS
Inlet part in stainless steel material to facilitate the entry of micro fertiliser into the seed drill feeder or non-pressure zone.

Divider
An organ made of plastic material that divides the flow of liquid from the delivery pipe to the seeder elements, including an internal emptying membrane.

PE plastic tube with different diameters adaptable to the application rate and number of rows of the seed drill.
CYCLONES
Element to disperse excess air and allow the microgranular product to drop by gravity into the seed drill metering unit or into the soil.
DIFFUSERS
Parts to be attached to the seeding units for the distribution of fertiliser on the soil, orientated in such a way as to improve the effectiveness of the fertiliser.
