We share the decision issued by Trieste Tribunal on competition matters concerning Startec as victorious plaintiff in a precautionary lawsuit for having being subject to unlawful competition by the defendant being Mr. Massimo Fant (Startec’s former employee) as shareholder and director of the company Iris S.r.l.
