Kits for localized nebulization

We have optimized the STARTSOL kits to satisfy the diverse needs in the localized nebulization of liquid products, products such as insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, leaf fertilizers, microelements, etc in order to achieve the advantages of localization that our kits offer.

FRONT LIGHTS
Optional headlight kit that can be installed on the front tanks to increase visibility in low light conditions and necessary for safety during road transfers.
LOADING PUMP
Centrifugal loading pump with hydraulic motor and stainless steel body, with a flow rate of 100-200 l/min to allow rapid loading of the tank from the channel.
AGITATION
Return of the pump unit's additional flow rate to the tank, stirring the tank contents both during processing and when preparing the solution.
TANK 50-1800 L
PE plastic tanks with support frame and three-point attachment for front hoist from 300 litre capacity. Capacities from 50 litres up to 2200 litres.

PUMPING UNIT
PVC pumping units sized according to the dosage per hectare to be distributed and complete with return to tank for agitation, filter and flow meter for measuring flow rate.

BALLAST
Optional application of additional weight (up to a maximum of 500kg) on the chassis with three-point tank attachment for greater tractor balance.
CONTROL UNIT
Electronic system that regulates the dosage to be distributed manually or in proportion to the feed rate. Either with standard or more advanced ISOBUS systems.

Liquid transport hose made of textile-reinforced PVC material from the pump unit to the row splitting system. Equipped with quick-release couplings to facilitate attachment and detachment of the operating machine and front tank.
