Kit Starsol Twin/Trijet

We have developed the STARSOL TWIN/TRIJET kit (two or three nozzles per row) specifically to obtain an optimal protection of the tubers through the localized nebulization directed towards the soil or the potatoes, during sowing, when the furrow is still open.

Font lights
Optional headlight kit that can be installed on the front tanks to increase visibility in low light conditions and necessary for safety during road transfers.
LOADING PUMP
Centrifugal loading pump with hydraulic motor and stainless steel body, with a flow rate of 100-200 l/min to allow rapid loading of the tank from the channel.
Agitation
Return of the pump unit's additional flow rate to the tank, stirring the tank contents both during processing and when preparing the solution.
TANK 50-1800 L
PE plastic tanks with support frame and three-point attachment for front hoist from 300 litre capacity. Capacities from 50 litres up to 2200 litres.
Pumping unit
PVC pumping units sized according to the dosage per hectare to be distributed and complete with return to tank for agitation, filter and flow meter for measuring flow rate.
ballast
Optional application of additional weight (up to a maximum of 500kg) on the chassis with three-point tank attachment for greater tractor balance.
Control unit
Electronic system that regulates the dosage to be distributed manually or in proportion to the feed rate. Either with standard or more advanced ISOBUS systems.

Speed-sensing systems required for feed-proportional metering control. Available in three variants GPS, INDUCTIVE SENSOR +DRILLED DISC and 7 POLES TRACTOR CABLE.

DELIVERY PIPE
Liquid transport hose made of textile-reinforced PVC material from the pump unit to the row splitting system. Equipped with quick-release couplings to facilitate attachment and detachment of the operating machine and front tank.
Divider
An organ made of plastic material that divides the flow of liquid from the delivery pipe to the seeder elements, including an internal emptying membrane.
DROP TUBE TO THE ROWS
PP plastic tube with different diameters adaptable to the application rate and number of rows of the seed drill.
NOZZLE HOLDERS
Stainless steel nozzle holders that direct the flow of herbicide, available in customised versions for seeding units of the main brands.
Twin/Trijet nozzles

Flat nozzles with reduced angle to concentrate the treatment directing it towards the soil or towards the tubers, depending on your needs.
